Notes from the lab.
We spend most of our time in classrooms, community rooms, and the incubator on Georgia Avenue, and the same questions keep coming up from families, teachers, and partners who are thinking about starting something similar. This is where we write those answers down properly instead of repeating them one conversation at a time. Expect specifics about how a session actually runs, what equipment and scheduling decisions matter more than curriculum, and what we have learned about keeping a program alive past its first grant. Nothing here is a pitch — it is the operating detail we wish somebody had handed us at the start.
